Steve and his crew built my two storey extension in Keresley. I had originally used Steve to build my garden wall, purely on the the quality of his superb workmanship. I was trying to get ideas for my wall, and when I saw Steve building another wall locally, I was that impressed with the brickwork, I stopped and requested a quote. I then commissioned him to build mine. On the back of that, I knew I wanted him to build my extension, and, helped by a competitive quote, Steve carried out a first class job and has also built another extension for a friend of mine. Also, whilst it may seem a small point, my wife always felt at ease with having Steve around, never felt 'intimidated' and was pleased he listened to her input concerning the build. He always polite, reliable and punctual and was always here when he said he would be. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve.

Steve is a top rate builder. He and his team built our Kitchen extension and later our double garage. He brick work is second to none. He kept us up-to-date with an issues, whether it was how we were doing on our budget to if the project was being delayed or head of shedual. He in honest and prides himself on doing a good job. I will always use Steve and his team for any building work that I have done on my current house or any new house I buy, an added bonus is that Steve's prices are very competitive.

Steve Maguire and his team built a garden office for me. It is a top notch brick built, fully insulated room. Steve listened to my ideas made helpful suggestions and gave me technical advice too. His team worked well and were efficent and tidy. As most people know its not the best experience to have any kind of work done but Steve and his team were excellent and I am more than happy to recommend Steve to friends.
